Payment terms will be communicated before or during project engagement.
Depending on the project and client location, payments may be made through available payment methods such as bank transfer, JazzCash, Wise, PayPal, or other mutually agreed methods.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, branding materials, credentials, approvals, access, and other resources reasonably required to complete a project.
Clients should ensure that the materials they provide do not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, or other legal rights.
We are not responsible for delays or problems caused by inaccurate, incomplete, unauthorized, or late client-provided information.
8. Website and Software Development
For development projects, functionality will be based on the agreed requirements.
Third-party themes, plugins, APIs, libraries, payment gateways, hosting environments, browser behavior, operating systems, and external platforms may affect website performance or functionality.
Where third-party services are used, their availability and continued functionality are outside our direct control.
9. SEO Services and Ranking Disclaimer
SEO involves variables outside the direct control of any agency, including search-engine algorithms, competition, technical changes, market behavior, website quality, and third-party factors.
Therefore, Web Vision Expert does not guarantee a specific Google ranking, traffic level, lead volume, revenue amount, or search-engine position unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise.
Any SEO forecasts, estimates, expected improvements, case studies, or examples are provided for informational and planning purposes and should not be interpreted as guaranteed results.
Search-engine policies and algorithms may change at any time.
10. Advertising and Marketing Services
For paid advertising and digital marketing services, campaign performance may depend on factors such as budget, audience, creative quality, market demand, landing-page experience, platform policies, competition, and third-party advertising systems.
We do not guarantee a specific number of clicks, leads, sales, impressions, return on ad spend, or revenue unless expressly agreed in writing.
Advertising spend paid to third-party platforms is separate from our professional service fees unless otherwise stated.
11. Revisions and Change Requests
Projects may include a defined number of revisions depending on the agreed package or proposal.
New requirements, major design changes, additional pages, new integrations, or changes to previously approved work may be treated as additional work.
Additional work may affect both project cost and delivery timeline.
12. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, each party retains ownership of the materials, trademarks, software, content, and intellectual property it owned before the project.
For custom development projects, ownership or transfer of final deliverables will be governed by the applicable project agreement and payment status.
Where agreed and fully paid, clients may receive ownership or usage rights to the applicable final deliverables, source code, design assets, or other project materials as specified in the agreement.
Third-party software, libraries, plugins, frameworks, fonts, stock assets, APIs, and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective licenses and terms.
13. Client Content and Third-Party Materials
Clients are responsible for obtaining the necessary permissions, licenses, and rights for content, images, logos, trademarks, text, videos, databases, or other materials they provide.
Clients grant us permission to use supplied materials solely as reasonably necessary to perform the agreed services.
We are not responsible for legal claims arising from materials supplied by the client where the client did not have the necessary rights to use them.
14. Portfolio and Promotional Use
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Web Vision Expert may identify completed client work in its portfolio, website, presentations, or marketing materials for promotional purposes.
A client may request that specific confidential work or sensitive information not be publicly displayed, subject to the applicable project agreement.

Confidential information will not knowingly be disclosed to third parties except where:

We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, account suspensions, pricing changes, security incidents, API changes, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.
17. Maintenance and Support
Maintenance, technical support, updates, backups, security monitoring, hosting management, and ongoing optimization are provided only where specifically included in a package or agreement.
Unless included in writing, project completion does not automatically create an unlimited or ongoing maintenance obligation.
18. Cancellation and Termination
Either party may request termination of a project subject to the applicable agreement and payment terms.
Fees for work already completed, approved milestones, purchased third-party resources, non-refundable costs, or other agreed obligations may remain payable after cancellation.
